Accessibility Statement

We want every patient to be able to use this website and visit our office with ease.

Our commitment

South Boston Dental Care is committed to making our website usable for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, consistent with the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Features on this website

  • A keyboard-friendly layout with visible focus outlines and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Descriptive page structure, form labels, error messages, and image descriptions for screen readers.
  • Support for your device’s reduced motion setting, and browser zoom up to 200%.
  • An accessibility menu, opened with the round button at the lower left of every page, offering text size, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font, line and letter spacing, stopped animations, a large cursor, a reading guide, and hidden images.

The accessibility menu is an optional convenience. It works alongside, and does not replace, your own assistive technology or our underlying accessibility work.

Known limitations

Some third-party services, such as Google Maps and our online scheduling provider, are outside our direct control and may not fully meet our standard. If one is a barrier, please call us and we will help you directly.
